I have a customer with a DS2000 who wants any incoming intercom call to be auto-answered by his headset.

From what I remember and have read in the documentation, the only options for intercom calls are Auto-answer via speaker or Ring the set.

Is there a program feature or work around that I am missing?

He would have to put his phone in HeadSet Mode (#HS = Yes)... then use the Speaker button to answer calls.

Thanks, that's what I thought but he wanted to able to away from his desk and have the headset answer the call which is not possible with this system from what I gather.

you could forward the calls to a analog port and put a cordless headset phone on that port

The handset lifter is what we use if the customer wants to be away from their phon and still answe the calls.
Works very well....no complaint so far.
