I have this IMS that I'm connecting to a Cisco Call Manager via ISDN PRI.
I got as far as making station-station calls showing the extension of the caller both ways.
But! When there is an incoming DID call to the IMS, I use APHN to route the DID call to a virtual line in the IMS, which is then Call Forward All Calls programmed to send the call across the ISDN to an extension on the Cisco.
Well, Cisco won't show the caller ID of the incoming call. I'm an NEC guy, don't know about Cisco. The guy who works the Cisco can see the caller ID correctly in the logs, but sees a bit or something flagged to hide that caller ID.
For the life of me, I can't figure it out (assuming that the problem is on the NEC side...).
I checked SFI94, 97, 98 and tried all combinations, although I actually don't think the problem is there. Then I also went through ARTD, and to my best knowledge, everything is set correctly. I tried different types of ISDN settings (AT&T #4&5, and National ISDN 2)...But I believe I'm missing something very simple here.
I had set up a similar thing on a 2400ICS. Connected it to an Asterisk via ISDN and got it all working with caller ID both ways on internal and external calls.
So, any ideas?

This is an old system so these CDN's may not be available but maybe this will help...

here are some placed to check in ARTD:

CDN 50 - Number display of dterm between offices for the b channel route.

CDN 98 - ISDN transmitting information.

Good Luck!!

Hmmmm. CDN 50 was already turned on, and my CDN end at 69, so I don't have 98 to check frown

I will have to keep checking but still open for ideas.

I have a 2400 IMX (R13) and have it connected to a Microsoft OCS VoIP system using a ISDN connection to a Audio Codes Mediant 1000 gateway.
Works great, passes calls both ways, with caller ID. I'm confused why you are routing DID calls to a virtual, why not route it directly to the Cisco station?

My OCS extensions are dialable in the 2400 just like normal extensions.
