I need to know how to set up a hunt group. I thought it would be pretty easy to set-up in department groups but it doesn't work. I set-up two extensions in department group 5 with Pilot group 710. Set the two ext's to that group with priority correctly. When I call the pilot number I get a busy. Any ideas??

Department group members cannot have any kind of fixed call forwarding programmed. Get rid of their mailboxes or build virtual dept group members. NEC really missed the boat on this one. :bang:

So how would I set-up a hunt group. I need two phones in a group. Ext 302 should ring 1st if that phone is busy or no answer go to ext 320 and if that phones busy or if no one answers go to a separate group voicemail.
