We are using Elite Mail LX with IPK2.

I had received several complaints that our dial-by-name directory doesn’t work.

How to find out which user has not yet set up dial-by-name?

How an administrator can manually enter first three characters of user’s last name into Elite Mail LX web console?

log in to the web console and go to SUBSCRIBERS

Then click the search icon (magnifying glass) on the top right menu bar. A java screen should pop up and ask if you want to search by name or extension, just leave the field blank and then click "find". It should then show all user mailboxes and what letters are used for their name for the directory.

Keep in mind that individual users can set their mailboxes to NOT be listed in the directory.

This is set in SUBSCRIBERS/ACCESS OPTIONS
