Hi. We have a system with DTerm 80 phones. A coworker was trying to transfer a call (I think) and pushed some wrong buttons.

The phone is hung up, and our hold music is playing over the speaker, and will not turn off no matter what I have tried.

This is driving people nuts, and I'm sure it's a quick fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If the system is an Elite 192 or IPK, try pressing [feature] 2 6 [feature].

If it is an IPK II try dialing : [speaker] 725.
