We are deciding to look at NEC as a system solution. We can buy DSX's from King Technologies Brand new, learn them and sell them. Would becoming a dealer for Univerge benefit us as far as what we could offer our customers? I can't really see a reason to not use the DSX family. Mostly this will replace out Small business systems under 50 users.

I have started using the DSX for about a year now and love it. Tech support and features are great. However, The Univerge has even more capabilities and features. It really depends on what you are looking for as applications to your customers.

We have been selling the DSX for some years now. We rarely sell any other system. Keep in mind that the system can actually grow to well over 50 users.

The DSX is a great system with many features of the bigger systems. It does have it's limitations however. You can't network separate systems together, no true ACD programming being 2 of them. I love the DSX, but there are times where quoting a Univerge would serve a customer better

Yeah, those are the few times we quote a Mitel or an IPO.
