Hi All
I have tried many times in my life to successfully utilise the AP00 card (with MRCA) for extended SMDR data, including the ring time and abandoned call data....but never ever succeeded!
I am trying again now and stuck almost at the first hurdle. I have a 3500 series IPS (full size), and an AP00 card with the latest firmware. The AP00 is successfully detected in the AP system upgrade GUI.
I have a TIB on programming this card, and one of the first thing you're supposed to do it flip two of the four DIP switches over, reset the card and do command D101>0000:CCC to clear the data (so you can force it to re-download all the station data from the system).
HOWEVER.....everytime I do a D101>0000 it comes back DATA ERROR. I know that it wouldn't let me do a Dxxx command if it didn't see an AP00 in the system....so why won't it clear the data!?
Any Ideas? Thanks
- Now you can go out and "get the big bucks."

I did not work on the AP00 card before, BUT As per the feature programming manual# NWA-008846-001, confirm the following: 1- 050 >> set AP# to 45 2- Use Command DD99 "not D101" to load the initial data into the AP00 card Hope that will sove the issue...!! Regards.

I'll have to go look it up, as it's been a while since I've installed an AP00, but I seem to recall that the manual wanted the AP00 to be programmed in "off-line" mode.
