I have an IPK with the on board voice mail that has several voice mail boxes that have messages but no one knows the password. How can I reset them from a phone?

Hello, You can reset the password from the phone if you have manager access in your mailbox or if you can log into the managers mailbox.
The way you can tell if you have manger access is when you log into a mailbox, you see in the softkey menu a selection of "More". When pushed you will get a selection of Mgr. Are you able to get that far?
