I have an IPKII with an Inmail. Someone reported yesterday that people were getting cut off while leaving a message for them. The caller kept getting a recording saying that the vm is being paused. Anyone ever heard of that?

Do you know what S/W revision you are running on? You may need a udgrade, that was a early bug that has been fixed.
