Today must be my day for new issues to appear. On a DSX 40 the customer Can't trasfer or IC to SLT extensions where I have conference phones installed, they see “Vacant Numberâ€Â. Customer says "When I try to call or transfer either line, it says “Vacant Numberâ€Â. I tested them and they were working when I installed them in February.

does the SLT get DT ?
is it on a built in SLT port (25/26)or a 8 SLIU ?
take a look at the SLT ports in 1201

They do get dial tone. I thought that I checked the ability to IC the extensions, however, I may have done some AA programming after installing and gave those extensions the same numbers that they had with their old system, which conflict with the menus. I will remote in and check that out.

Have them call from the SLT to a System phone to make sure they are dialing the correct extension number.

That did it. They were transfering to the wrong extension. Thanks ttech.
