Okay so we go a NEC system 384i/Optima
I need to find a way to progam a Direcory on the system so Inbound calls can dial in last names on their phone and it will send you to direct the caller to the mailbox..

Example. Thank you for calling "XXXXX buisiness."
If you know the last name of the party you are trying to reach please key it in now.

I know this can be done for we have the same system setup but for direct EXT's on the NEC system.

Any knoledge would be much appricated.. Thanks!!!

We may have found the solution.. Seems all of our other users that are in the NEC system that seems to have the Name Directory working are in a Distrubition Group/All..

Reviewing those contacts that are not in the Dis Group.. Under Customize Mailbox.
