Hi

I don't know how this works and i have no use for it. but would like to sell to anyone interested.

I've just acquired and office in Manhattan NYC. The office has (according to the prior owners) a working Electra professional - NEC - Phone system with a set of 10 phones. A large metal box on the wall with the label "NEC Electra Professional." Something that looks like an generic PC CPU with the label "TALKX Voice Processing Systems" also what looks like a custom made box fixed to the wall right underneath the large metal box. The front comes off and there are many wires running from a array of slots. Some have cards with wires connected to them.

The phone are disconnected and stored. How ever i have kept the cabling for the Metal box and the wooden box intact as I have no knowledge of how this system works and would not want to damage it, if it can be resold.

I have detailed pics if anyone is interested. Could be a good buy for anyone who knows how to set up a phone system or parts if you have a matching system already.

if you work in Manhattan and would like to take a look at it please contact me and you can come check it out for yourself.

There's an NEC dealer on E. 35th St (Nero Wolfe's Street, opposite end). Can't think of the name offhand. You might contact him, but if this is the Electra (not the electra elite) then you've got yourself a museum piece there.

Might be nice toy in your garage.
