Trying to make changes to existing system, no-one know Elite Mail PW, different from system PW. Is there a way to reset VM card and start from scratch?

Ask the receptionist if she has the instructions left by the original vendor. It's probably in a file folder marked "Telephones" but could be filed under V for voicemail, or under the name of the original vendor.

Or, call the original vendor.

I too have a similar problem. I have downloaded Co-sessions but I could not seem to get a connection. I am using a toshiba netbook with a USB to Serial adapter. I was told by a support vendor that if nobody knows the current password you are locked out whether cosessions or through phone. THey told me I would have to default the system then reprogram. I have been asked to quote the time involved to do the default and reprogram. Please advise if this is true that I would have to default the system and redo and if so, what would be a good amount of time to quote for the start to finish?
