We have a NEAX 2000 IPS system at our main location with remote sites that are connected by VPN tunnels between routers. These remote sites use DTerm IP phones to connect to the phone system.
Problem: We have one site in particular that has clients that complain that they cannot hear the person on the phone when speaking to them. Is there a way to change volume levels for the outgoing transmission?

Yes, you can adjust the DB of each location group in CM67.
