Is the 80573 DX7NA-12TXH phone the same compatibility as DSX 22 button?
Some of my offices use DX7NA-12TXH and some use DCX22B what is the difference? Please any help is great! Thank you!

The 80753 is for the Predecessor of the DSX - the DS1000 and the DS2000.
They can be used on the DSX 80 and 160 IF you put a DS2000 station card in the DSX.
THE DSX card does not support the DS phones, and the DS card does not support the DSX phones.
DS phones can not be used on the DSX 40.
