Did a software upgrade on a 160 from 2.25 to 3.21.04 Sat night no problem with unti Tue.Customer notice that after 3 rings after dialing a ext.goes to vm.I am here on site tonight and went through every program field I can think of that would make a ext ring more tha 3 rings before that ext vm picks up.I did try dialing in a after the vm answered dial a ext and it would ring 5 times a vm picks up.

The 3 ring to voice mail between exts calls if you are using ringing instead of voice call is defaulted.You must go into class of service extended ring then now extended ring in timers will work.
