We have an NEC Electra Elite IPK II system with Dterm80 handsets.
We recently combined offices which created a few changes. Before only my indicator light would flash if I received a call while on the phone. Now my phone rings. I have figured out how to turn it down but would like to turn off the ringer completely while on another call. Thanks in advance for your help.

MB 4-01. Set button to green for ringing, red for delayed ringing, and dark for no ringing.
(If "MB 4-01" doesn't give you enough info, you need a qualified tech to come out).

MB 4-01 would be used on the IPK not the IPK II plus going by the question the phone needs to ring when idle. What Cameron is asking is not a end user setting.

Sounds like he needs a qualified tech to come out.
