NEC 2000 IPS phone system to a NEAXMail AD-64 Version 2.3 viove mail. The phones that had the record botten (F1091) when they push it to record, it says VM BUSY and I have no clue what happened if I could get some help I would thankful.Brad

The Record button activates "live record" i.e. recording a conversation to your mailbox like a voicemail message.
VM Busy probably means that the location in programming that the phone system thinks is the pilot to your voicemail actually goes no where.
Check CM 5115.
Also call the VM pilot and see if it is correct.
Check for bad/locked ports on the AD-64.
Check AD-64 usage (peg count) to see if it's actually at capacity.
Check user's reserved space, see if excessive recorded calls have filled HDD, or alloted space.
Watch the AD-64 console and made a test call from that button on the user's phone.

Also think you have to allow live record per mailbox on the AD-64
