i have to move an elite ipk. my question is does it program the same as the elite 48 and does it mount the same. if i remember right the elite 48 mounts on a seperate bracket. thanks dave

Yes to both questions.
FYI, make sure the system is a IPK and not the IPK II, the IPK II programming is nothing like the older models.

Might want to change CPU battery before powering down so you do not default system. If it is IPK.

or at least back it up with SAT. (you need an MIFM card as well)

i have had them default on me too. they seem to be good at it. i think i have a battery too. i dont know how to do a back up so i will put in the battery. thanks dave
