Is there a specific port on a router or switch that the IPK II processor used for access to it. I have a customer with 2 IPK II's networked VIA IP CCIS. I can access both the PVA Cards from both sites. But I can't access the processor card accross the network. I can only access it locally. I can ping it accross the network but just can't access it. Just wondering if maybe the network administrator has something locked down or not open. Thanks.
