Hello all, I am an AVAYA guy tying to help a friend with an elite IPK. The systemwas moved to a new location and for the life of me I can not get the voicemail to pickup. It worked before they movedand now it doesn't work. Any help would be very, very much appreciated, thank you.

First, how long was it powered down? Port numbers may have reset to defaults.

Find the new VM port numbers and call them. If no answer, the board may be faulty, and further troubleshooting is in order.

it was powered down for about a year. How do I find the VM ports?

Memory block 4-10 should list the ports and the extensions associated with them. Count the number of ESI cards, and how many ports each. The last four (if the VM card is all the way right) will be the VM ports.
