I was at a site with a elite 48. From station 100 port 01 I was able to enter programming (sorry, no passwords) the lcd changed to programming mode. But I couldn't do anything it was like the phone was locked. Also the soft keys did not do anything from any phone it said sys sta up down but they did nonthing. The phones were a DTU 16D-2

Once you logged in, the softkeys are not going to help you. Softkeys are for accessing features in the normal operating mode.

Once you are logged in, you would want to address a specific memory block by pressing a line key and then typing a number, such 4-01.

It really sounds like you don't know what you're doing and like you don't have a manual, so I strongly recommend that you call a professional to help you. In programming mode, it is very easy to screw up the entire system. It's not a good place for Newbs to play.

I've done an elite ipk and ipk II before but not a 48. I was trying to access a memory block after entering programing and not pressing a line key thanks now I know. Thanks again
