I have an Elite V6.0 customer that was able to transfer a conference call from a digital phone to a polycom. I have tried every way to make this work but the girl that had the instructions left the company and told no one how she did it. I'm able to make 1 outbound call and flash over to an internal call but can't make dual outbound due to software restrictions. Please help!

Okay, so someone was able to make a three-way conference from this phone but now you can't? Software should not be a limit, then. 3-way is either allowed or not allowed by Class of service or by system. Same COS should have same rights.

Try doing this:

Place first call.
Press "CONF." You should hear dial tone.
Place the second call.
Press "CONF."
You should be in a 3-way conference.

You may have to make the calls from the Polycom.
