Delay in sending faxes 1-2 hours even when ports not in use when using print to fax software, incomming are fine? dealer support worse that useless as i know more about the product than them.. any tips guys TIA

My only thought. Is the UM8000 using the latest software.?? It's V11.2.1.3 down here..
