We have Electra Elite IPK I SAT. I just installed a new handset,I think DTX-32-D1, and don't have caller id showing up on this handset. I'm not sure which setting this is in SAT.

Check in the class of service. The issue is probably that you already have 16 phones that have cid and that I believe is the limit.

Thanks, maybe we reached the limit. In class of service we have feature 1 and feature 2. Which one, I can probably turn an unimportant one off. And is this for forwarded/transfered calls also? Thank you.

Thank you for the help. Not sure about how the Class of Service ties in, but I found the port assignments under the CID settings and figured this was it after the 16 phone limit tip.
