What voicemail? I have never heard of the vm box not following the extension after using the swap command and or moving the jumper wires. I suppose it would be prudent to ask what you are trying to accomplish.

After i make the switch in webpro at 11-02 (aspire m) the extensions swap with no problems, but when i listen to the voicemail message is for the old extension? I'm new at this so beard with me... i'm not sure if i'm even asking the question right!

I will make myself a little more clear, ex. if I want swap ext 201 with ext 211 and they both have save voicemails, when i make the swap the voicemails are following the ext. Therefore I want to know if i'm missing another area in webpro that i have to change?

They are supposed to follow the ext, so what exactly is wrong here?

I'm sorry I made a typo, they are NOT following the extension swap.

I would not swap extensions just by doing 11-02.

I would open web pro and use the swap function there.

Once in web pro, where do I go for the swap function?

I've always set up a service code for swapping.
