We have an Electra Elite 192. In out automated attendant dialing option 2 no longer goes to the correct extension.

Where would I program this option?

If you have the NEC inskin voice mail, you will need the software program used to change/alter the setup. This type of setting cannot be done by using the thru-the-phone programming.

Best bet is to call the Telephone Dealer who originally set up your system, as they will have the best understanding of the configuration.

Check the extension in question for DND or FWD settings. Can you call this extension internally?

I have checked the extension and it works fine so DND and forwarding don't seem to be the problem.

I do not have the NEC inskin program and will probably have to call a vendor. Are you absolutly sure we cannot program this option thru-the-phone programming?

Thank you for your help it is greatly appreciated.

Sorry I misread. I am not sure if we have "inskin" voice mail? We do not have any computer interface with the system. Only phone programming.

Solved.
Our option 2 is an overhead speaker extension that had Voice Mails on it. So I deleted the mail box, since voice mail would never be accessed.

Turn out it need a voice mail box to be able to transfer to that extension.

Also to program the Voice mail options you use Co-Sessions software connected to the DB9 of the Voice Mail card.

Now where do I find Co-Sessions?
