Ok a little baffled on this. What am I missing.
Sv8100 tdm phones with busy no answer set to voicemail pilot. If a user is on the phone and someone calls them from another extension, it rings for a second than gives a busy signal for a second and keeps doing this until voicemail picks up. Shouldn't a busy call go right to voicemail?
What am I missing here?????

Basically its "keyfone disease" The fone is never busy by default.
Try setting PRG 20.13.05, 20.13.06 to off. if these are external calls set 20.09.01 to off. These are CLS settings so check that your user in the same CLS as you change..

This normally sorts it for me..

Your phone is not technically BUSY if you have an open CAP key or trunk appearance.

Follow Paul W's lead, he's on the ball!

This did not work.. I changed it for all class of services that I am using and still get ring-busy ring-busy until voicemail picks up on internal calls. Is there a way to just change that ring busy tone?

Thanx for the solution. I'll add it to my list of PRGs for this problem. I just looked at our office system and this PRG is turned off..
