Hi guys,
I was hoping someone could help me with this...
We have NEC phone system and our phones are model IP1NA-12TXH. We are looking to set up auto attendant with a professionally recorded greeting that would instruct people to press 1 for this person and 2 for that person, and so on.
So far no one was able to tell us if our phones have this capability or if we need additional hardware. And how do we set it up? How do we program what pressing, for example number 1, transfers to?
Thank you sooo much, I hope it wasn't too confusing.
