I haven't been able to find an answer in the service manual. I have MB: 1-8-31 set to External. So CO1-8 on hold are listening to a pre-recorded message. Is it possible for me to turn off the MOH for certain COs? If so which memory block. I am hoping that I don't have to set the system up for tenancy.
Thanks In advance, Bob

Last time I tried 3-11 on CO 1, I LOST my CO so I thought this was not the place to make the change. Can anyone explain this to me a little more?

I don't belive that 3-11 and 3-12 apply here. Any other input? Is there a way without doing tenancy to have ext source for co 05-08 on and off or co 01-04?
