H,
I've got an extension showing VRS-All on the Display on SV8100.How can you cancel the message.

I got the same issue. When attempting to call the extension, nothing shows on the display and it rings once then cuts off to a busy signal. I check the user's extension and instead of saying the extension number and user's name it says VRS-All and the user's name.
Any solutions?

SOLUTION - From NEC, go to the phone with the issue and pick up the receiver. Dial 7 1 3 #
