Hi, I am looking for help and not opposed to paid for support. I have a client on Elite IPK. They have 8 COs. 1-4 for one company and 5-8 for another - with all extensions convering for each other.
The PROBLEM is that the MOH message for c0 5-8 is a conflict of interest (contracts) for Co 1-4 and I see no way to turn off MOH from external source for lines 1-4. SO I thinking I have to converst them over to tenancy and setup different sources of MOH -- Existing for 5-8 and none for 1-4 just to turn off MOH on 1-4.
Would appreciate anyone jumping in and tell me how much trouble this would be or How to and again not opposed to pay for support if I need step by step over the phone

You can tell the system to (or not to) supply MOH from seperate sources to specific trunks.
Look at programs 2-01, 3-11 and 3-12.

I agree Doghart. 2-01 is tenancy and I am asking how hard it is to program Tenancy when all lines are default to Tenant 00. My concern is messing up the current program so I am wondering what can go wrong (difficulty) as I have never performed this task on NEC.
Also I would be willing to pay for phone support for someone to walk me through the process while I was onsite
