It depends on the phone system that the phone is connected to. DTerm 80 works on several phone systems, including Electra elite, Elite IPK, IPK II, Neax 2000IPS, Neax 2400IPX, etc., so the first step is to tell us the model of the phone system.
You can do this by finding the closet where the phone system lives. It is a box mounted on the wall in a closet somewhere. The closet will have a plywood "backboard" and lots of tiny wires that are connected to things.
The box on the wall will have the model of the system silk-screened onto it. If it doesn't, tell us the color of the box, and the colors of any stripes on the box, and we should be able to help you.

On the 2000IPS, the default code to change name display is to dial 62 (do not select an outside line first. If you get an error tone, press your intercom button followed by 62).
On the Electra Elite, it is... Doesn't look like there's a default, but a telephone tech can change it in memory block 4-18.
On a 2400IPX the command is ANDD.
