I have a customer with 2 IPK II's networked Via PVA Cards. The problem I have is that just about every morning I can't call or page accross from site 1 to site 2. I get a busy signal. But after someone calls from site 2 to 1 I have no problems for the rest of the day. It's almost like the PVA card is asleep and needs woke up. Anyone seen this before. Thanks.

are you using a VPN tunnel? if you are make sure you have the keep alive feature turned on in the routers
