Hi.
Are there any tutorial type pages for the sv8100...
Im completely new to programming one of these.
Im looking for something that explains the flow of what to set up where and how to use it in other places... particularly concerning the set up of department groups...

You're either going to have to attend an official technical training class or attend the school of hard knocks...

You can post some questions here, but if it is obvious you are in over your head you may not get much help.

Since we are all mostly technicians helping other technicians it seems counterproductive for us to help an end user to the point where he is no longer needing to pay a technician.

We don't mind steering you in the right direction, but don't expect a step by step "how to" write up.

With that said, welcome to the forum and let us know what it is you are exactly trying to program and maybe we can help you out.
