FYI:
I had to add digits under SIP / SERVER / DIGIT MAP
to get the polycom to expect the correct number of digits for outbound calls.

Yeah that is something I have been playing with. I can get it to recognize 3 digit extensions but have been working on more elaborate NPLs that are hit and miss. I haven't touched those in a while though.
