Hello,
I just got a client with an NEC S7000 phone system.
How can a user, or me the Admin, reset the voice mail box for an extension that the user inherited?
Should be easy, I just don't know the answer...

First find out what voicemail system they have! Sv7000 is the telephone system which can work with a number of voicemail systems. It could even be a Zeacom which is doubling up as the voicemail.

In most voicemail systems, especially those sold by NEC for NEC, there is a main mailbox, called the Admin mailbox. By logging into the admin mailbox, you should be able to add, change or delete mailboxes.
Users usually cannot reset mailboxes. Only Admins and the vendor.
If you do not know how to log into the admin mailbox, your best bet is to call the vendor and get a quick tutorial.
