I have a Elite192 with a T1 that needs to be upgraded to PRI. What needs to be done in the programming to make the PRI work ?

Back the T1 out of programming. Add the PRI card in programming. Replace the T1 card with a PRI card & program. The DID routing should still be in place. I think PRI's are supported in v3000 or higher software & get installed in a specific slot.

After I change the T1 card to PRI is the trunk group for outgoing still in place or do I have to set this up ?
How do I tell what version it is ?

You're going to need to remove the DTI card, then remove the DTI programming in progrms 1-11-xx, then delete the card in 7-1.
Then you'll need to add a PRT-u20 card, program it in 7-1 and setup in 1-13-xx.
Program your trunks in 3-14, 3-91, 3-03, 3-04, and do your DID setup in 1-1-20/21/22

Is the wiring for the PRI the same on the MDF terminal as the T1 ?

typically, yes.
you may have to flip your tx and rx pairs depending on how the provider is dropping it off to you.

I programmed the PRI, under PRT channel map assignment all the channels are greyed out. Is this normal or did I miss something ?
