The feature guide says hold.
That did not work. New system, new software.
It is turned on in the feature list & COS.
MOH works.

Do you have the proper audio input selected as your BGM source and have you adjusted the audio gain settings in 1521? Do you have BGM allowed in 2111?
COS does not affect BGM.

Guess not... Been a while since anyone has sked me for that feature and my systems of the past you just dialed a code.
My NEC rep went over all the "need to do" setting but I missed how to turn on the office manager's Christmass music. I thought I was going to have to sing to her while printing Desis.
