ffej010 Member Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 854 Likes: 1 Nebraska	Do you have the proper audio input selected as your BGM source and have you adjusted the audio gain settings in 1521? Do you have BGM allowed in 2111? COS does not affect BGM.

My NEC rep went over all the "need to do" setting but I missed how to turn on the office manager's Christmass music. I thought I was going to have to sing to her while printing Desis. Thanks again.
