Can you clarify that a name is set in Cmd 770 but it doesn't display on a called digital but is in the PMS output?

Do you have the feature programming manual?

Glad you got the link working!

Yes Hotel has about 15 digital sets all with names programmed in 770. Also PMS is sending name and PBX is confirming name with PMS.
But no name on display only Ext#.

I have no feature manual, I did change out the AP00 card to resolve PMS issues. Only commands we worked on were in the D commands

First, as R4+Z suggested, go to 770>ext.>nnnnn and set a name for a guest extension. Then call a display phone and see if the name you just assigned shows up on the display. This will tell you that PMS is or is not setting the name in CM770.

If not, check 200> and make sure that you have a FAC set up for name change.

If the names are getting to 770 but not showing on phones, I'd try:

08>120>0
08>121>0
08>255>1
08>335>1 (initialize system)

15400>XX>0 if R3100 or later

You won't get names with ap00 pms interface. It takes an ip pms interface off the cpu to get names.
