We have a customer wanting to load their own prompts and prerecorded greetings into their elitemail LX. Can somebody advise on how to accomplish this. Much Thanks

You can log into the admin web interface & upload them from there. I would have to check & see the what the format is? .wav or other.

16bit, mono, 6K ADPCM formatting. WAV can be used but I believe VOX is recommended.
