On a dsx 80 can the auto attendant greeting be recorded remotely . The customer wants,a custom recording ,system in the bronx ,recording talent in minnesota,

anyone can dial in and access a SA box or special box you create with SA privileges just for the purpose and record just as if they where onsite doing it

Keep in mind it WILL sound like it was recorded on a phone call. The quality might not be there... I would suggest you be onsite for this in case it is so bad you have to record a greeting locally. Just in case...

You can always have the recording done in MP3 format, convert it to 16-bit mono wav format, then import it into the appropriate mailbox. I have never really had a problem with remotely recording a mailbox, but then that is rather far apart.
