The Dial Action table which as single digit assignments to go to extensions does nothing when a number is pressed. i.e. press two for ext 103.... dial action table just times out and transfers to operator extension.
What can be done?

are you sure that the dial action table you are changing is assigned to the proper call routing mailbox in 47-08?
There is a download on the necntac website to update the intradbu file in the IPKII firmware for issues with DTMF recognition.
I would verify the PBX is on 1.61 or 2.10 software then verify all your InMail programming. If everything looks correct, use a CF card to update the itradbu file to the one from the website. Do a backup with PcPro first!

I just went through the necntac site. I don't see the update for the files. Do you still see them there?

Paulw: Thanks for the link, but keep in mind of the following:
IPK II CPU software 2.11 requires CPU Feature License Version v2000. If the CPU is not licensed for Feature License Version v2000, the upgrade to 2.11 will be unsuccessful. To find the CPU Feature License Version, see the Feature Activation section of PC Pro 2.10. PC Pro 2.10 is compatible with CPU version 2.11 and older.

Interesting. Your licensing must be different up there because of different version numbering . My home CPU is fully licensed.. Down here the latest software versions are . V2.02 is free software, V2.52 requires the enhanced upgrade license..
