I am Having Problem with SV8100 Desktop Suite R4.
Everytime I connect with the Desktop there is an error message " Cannot connect to CTI sever, Serve may be down". This also causes the system not to synchronise the BLF with the Desktop Suite. What can be the problem? :confused:

Is this a new install and are you a certified NEC tech?

I am certfied Trainer. Ths is not a new install its an upgrade

I would check the port numbers on the system and compare them to the software. You know like the IP address and ports like 8181 8010 etc. Also make sure windows firewall is freaking out on you as well.

Did you upgrade you sv8100 CPU also?

It. seem to be working. But how do I get the the extentions name to show with the mumbers?
