Hi All,
This is a question from one our sales people.
SV8500 with SIP 96 port gateway. Music on Hold is provided via a compact flash card (60 seconds max) on the gateway. However if the MOH/ Advertizing On Hold has to be changed it appears that you have to take down the whole gateway to change the CF card.
This is not good with a large call center taking it down to change MOH/AOH. Has anyone got any other methods of doing this??
