Need some help here guys...tired of pulling out what hair I have remaining. Have setup multiple SV8100s with MOH. I have a PC with winamp installed and playing for my MOH. It plays when a person puts me on hold however when I call in to the system and dial the extension, instead of playing the MOH, I can hear the ring( I do here the MOH for a split second). The system has a UM8000. Any suggestions?

Are your calls forwarded off site? To a cell phone or another office?
Typically if you only hear MOH for a second, then ring back tone your call is being transferred out of the PBX.
If not check 24-02-02 as suggested. This is a system wide setting.
