Hopefully, I have an easy questions here. I have a sv8100 with vm8000m, with extensions 1201-1220. I have 47-13 setup with Dial digit 1 unscreened transfer with destination xxxx, however when I call in and as the auto attendant is playing and press 1212 it transfers off to the virtual I have setup in dial action 2. Any ideas?
