Looking for some equipment or software for a customer to call his customer base after hours and leave them a reminder a payment is due.The system will be calling between 150-200 customers.
If you say you don't know you will get more respect.

Most accounting software will allow you to send email and faxes. That sounds like a better approach. This way, you have sent your customer a hard copy.

Z-man, customers have to be called via co line to leave a message,if no answer leave message on answer machine.

You might look at PhoneTree. I sold a few and can't remember all the details but it will do a lot.
