I had that problem before and fixed it by login again into my profile and then went to preferences and resubmit it (get a cookie). also I had to remove a part of the address that was saved on my favorites it was something at the end like "no cookie" but this is what it looks like now https://www.sundance-communications.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?

I tried the suggestion and now I have lights on all the categories. However they stay lit all the time whether there are new posts or not. Perhaps my computer wants ice cream with it's cookies. I'll try something else even if it's wrong.
Thanks

I tried several changes but I guess they were wrong. I changed everything I found pertaining to a cookie.
Thanks
