I am looking for an unbiased opinion . Customer needs up to 250 digital phones w/4 PRI's . 3-4 different companies sharing same PBX w/voice mail for all extensions. They prefer simple usage of features and the phone systems will require frequent changes with their DID/s . Which is a better system or better option ? Basically , if you guys had a choice which would you install the Panasonic 600 or the BCM 450? Thanks so much. Harry

I would pick the system that had the best tenant service capabilities. Also, if they are sharing the cost on the PRI's..what system has the better call accounting options. Also, consider the end user on how easy it is to configure DID if they are going to be making changes. Actually if I had to choose A or B..I would choose C for ease of use....jk.

The TDA/E Tenants well with DID. Only 2 MOH inputs at this time I think.
DID are very easy to configure.
DID and CID routing available in the system and VM.
Multiple Groups and messg indicators per phone.
Cell phones can be set up as virtual Extensions.
You can Hot Desk. Back ups are simple as cake, on phone and vm. I have put in several 400's, no 450.
I think they are complicated, no real wireless capability. But then I do mostly Panasonic.

I was under the understanding that since Avaya bought the Nortel products the BCM was product end of life. Has anyone got information on that?
